HuddleScribe Support
HuddleScribe turns meetings, standups, and site visits into clean,
speaker-labeled notes.
FAQ
- How do I record? Tap the red button; recording continues
with the screen locked, no time limit. A draft transcript appears within
seconds of stopping, and a refined version follows automatically.
- Can I import existing recordings? Yes — share any audio
file (e.g. from Voice Memos) into HuddleScribe from the share sheet. Up to
~3 hours per file.
- How does speaker recognition work? Link a speaker to a
person once; the app learns their voice and suggests who is talking in
future recordings. Voice data stays on developer-controlled servers.
- Which networks does it need? Recording and transcription
talk only to HuddleScribe's own servers and work on any normal connection.
Connecting Google Docs (and the upcoming Google sign-in) requires
access to Google services (accounts.google.com) — on networks where
Google is unreachable those two features will fail to connect, while
recording, transcription, and Notion/Feishu/Obsidian export are unaffected.
- Where do exports go? Obsidian (local vault), Notion,
Feishu, Google Docs, or a Markdown file — from the session menu.
- How do I delete my data? Deleting a session removes it
from the device and the server. For full server-side deletion, email us —
completed within 30 days.
